I originally ordered my food on Wednesday night for pickup when I got off of work. Unfortunately , there was a mix-up and I received the wrong order. However, I reached out to management and the staff were very kind and gladly remade my order for me when I was able to come pick it up today! Thank you so much to Brenda and Sarah for being so kind and fixing the mistake! I love Wimpy’s food, the batter on their fries is so good, and I will definitely be back again in the future!

I enjoyed eating the double cheeseburger on their menu and the fries were freshly cooked. I love that you can choose the toppings you want on your burger without having a preset of toppings and having to remove some. I had ordered another double cheeseburger to go because it was so delicious. I recommend this location if you’re looking for a burger place in Germantown.

The food is fresh and so good! Cooked to order so it takes longer than your typical fast food. Friendly staff. Lots of burger places in the area but this one really stands out.

My experience was good , the wimpys burger i had was very fresh and the fries were perfect ! Something about that crunch ! Also brenda was very kind to my friend. Her customer service was exceptional!

Some one at work recommended Wimpy’s. This was a first time visit here. Parking lot was full due to other shops in the mall. Restaurant was clean and colorful on entry. Smelled great. Employee was polite and quick. Answered our questions patiently. Food was a little slow coming out. But it was very good. Wife had the Wimpy burger with fries. She loved it. I had the chicken tenders with onion rings. Tenders were good and the rings were great. Had outlets at the wall booths so you could charge your phone. Also has a tv on each end of the restaurant. I imagine at lunch this place is packed. Definitely will be back.

I travel the country for a living and eat a variety of foods all over the United States. Our company had a job outside of Memphis around this time last year and was able to come back. I'd looked forward to a double Wimpy burger, sweet potato fries and a Nutella milkshake on the way down and it was well worth it
